Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 30 days start from the delivery of the last item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Sealed personal care and hygiene items can only be returned if the seal is unbroken. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
You can start a return directly from your order status page, using the return and cancellation button. You'll be asked to confirm your name and order details, and you'll receive an automatic confirmation email once your request has been registered.

Cancelling before delivery
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, you can cancel it free of charge via the same button on your order status page.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@rebornhairsolutions.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or gift cards. Sealed personal care items where the seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
