Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated from when your order has been confirmed and shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays and promotional periods.
Shipping Carriers
We work with PostNord and DHL for our deliveries. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via email when your order has been dispatched.
Track Your Delivery
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your delivery via the link in the confirmation email.
Delivery Address
Please verify that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change the address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@rebornhairsolutions.com.
Uncollected Packages
Packages that are not collected will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 149 SEK for uncollected packages.
Customs and Import Fees
For deliveries outside the EU, customs and import fees may apply. These fees are paid by the recipient and vary depending on the country. Contact your local customs office for more information.
